• PSU/Govt Employees → Specified pay scale experience अनिवार्य।
• Private Sector → Specific CTC threshold required:
  • JGM → ₹22 lakh+ per annum
  • Manager → ₹16 lakh+ per annum
• Experience in: Project Accounts, Financial Statements, Budgeting, MIS, Direct/Indirect Taxation, Treasury, SAP-ERP skills.

Important Notes for IRCON Finance Recruitment 2025

• Posts की संख्या बदल सकती है।
• केवल currently working candidates eligible होंगे (as on cut-off date)।
• Candidates को 3 महीने के अंदर join करना होगा।
• Wrong info → Candidature cancel + Legal action।
• OBC Certificate → Current financial year (non-creamy layer proof)।
