  • Training: 1 year On-Job Training (as Management Trainee, E-1)
  • During Training: ₹40,000 Basic + DA (49%) + HRA (18%) + 35% Perks → Approx. ₹11.65 LPA CTC
  • On Absorption: Assistant Manager (E-1 Grade) + 1 Increment → Approx. ₹15.40 LPA CTC
  • Probation after absorption: 1 year

Security Deposit for GSL Management Trainee Recruitment 2025

  • Joining पर 20% of Basic Pay + DA, 2 years तक Security Deposit के रूप में कटेगा।
