• Service Compliance: CAF Audit, EMR Audit, Service Testing, Roll-out obligation।
• Technology: Network Security, Disaster Management, Telecom Inspections।
• Security: Illegal activity रोकना, CDR/SDR analysis।
• Rural Work: DBT verification, RF coverage testing।
• Admin/Legal: Grievances, Tendering, Court cases, Vigilance।
