क्रमांक योग्यता / पात्रता विवरण 1 Criminal Law में न्यूनतम 07 वर्ष का प्रैक्टिस अनुभव अनिवार्य 2 Criminal Law की उत्कृष्ट एवं गहन समझ होनी चाहिए 3 Excellent oral एवं written communication skills आवश्यक 4 Legal Research में दक्षता अनिवार्य 5 Defence Counsel की ethical duties एवं professional responsibilities की गहन समझ 6 Sessions Courts में कम से कम 20 criminal trials handle किए होने चाहिए 7 विशेष परिस्थितियों में Hon’ble Executive Chairman, SLSA द्वारा trials की शर्त में छूट संभव 8 Computer / IT knowledge अनिवार्य
